The most productive and interesting was having the classes entirely in Japanese.

Exercises and speaking using our own examples made learning Japanese more enjoyable.

It gave the right amount of freedom.

Textbooks (Minna nihongo and Kanji practice) were most helpful!

I really enjoyed the trip to Kamakura. Visiting many of the famous historical sites with new friends and just having a good time was very meaningful. Staying in the Ryokan was also very interesting experience.

Calligraphy, because it was a new and interesting experience. I had an amazing and memorable experience at KCP and would definitely come back for more terms.

I enjoyed those that furthered my interaction with the japanese language. Speaking to guests, and learning of japanese culture were very rewarding.

Every single class was extremely productive and interesting, which is why I treasured the program so much. I don’t think there were any least interesting or productive aspects of the program.

The Speech Contest, though it was a pain, really brought our class together.

The tea ceremony that we did was a wonderful cultural experience and it was nice getting to drink tea again.
